• All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
• Orders are not packed, processed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
• In case of unusually high demand or stock limitations, dispatch may take slightly longer.
  If delays occur, we will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call.

• Domestic Delivery (India): Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
  Delivery time may vary based on location and courier capacity.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Perfumes are a sensitive product category, and to maintain authenticity, hygiene, and customer safety, our policies follow strict guidelines.

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement window only if:

• The product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.
• The replacement request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Replacement delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days after approval.

🔄 Exchange Availability

Since perfumes are sealed products, exchanges for fragrance preference or after use are not available.

✅ Eligibility for Return/Replacement

A return or replacement may be accepted if the product:

• Is unused and unopened
• Is in original condition and packaging
• Has all labels, seals, and accessories intact
• Is supported with order proof and unboxing video

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

• The seal or packaging is opened
• The perfume is used or tested
• The request is made after the allowed time window
• Damage occurred after delivery due to customer handling

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 business days
• Bank posting time may take an additional 4–6 working days

If a replacement is approved instead of a refund, shipment will be arranged accordingly.
